Today in the renewed trattoria Dalla Lola you still can smell the scents of Italian traditions.

He got passionate about hospitality very early, beginning his career in his family restaurant. After various working experiences, he decided to bring his cuisine idea to the historic trattoria Dalla Lola: innovative but strongly rooted in the tradition of both his native countries, Italy and Argentina, his recipes create new encounters between perfumes and flavors.

Chef & Owner

After completing his studies, he started immediately with his apprenticeship. Once consolidated his first steps in the kitchen, he moved abroad where he studied new styles and cooking techniques, that allowed him to pursue a career as a chef in his own restaurant. Marco empowers Tuscan traditions, proposing a cuisine where the simplicity and authenticity of flavors reign supreme.

Matilde Pettini

Owner

Since childhood, she breathes the restaurant business air, starting in the Trattoria Cammillo, her mother’s tavern. Fresh from her degree with a specialization in Managing at the Accademia di Arti Culinarie, she began her career as a catering consultant: in less than a year she met her future accomplices, Marco and Emmanuel, with whom she started a new adventure within their restaurant.
